We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal. Your payment card will be charged for all your items immediately.

Receipt of Order Confirmation

You will receive an order receipt confirmation email as soon as you have placed an order. Please keep it in a safe place as we may ask you for information from it in any correspondence.  If you do not receive this email please contact info@jls-designs.co.uk, so that we may investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.


Prices include VAT at 20% and exclude delivery charges unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT.


Please note that Samples ordered through our website are intended as a representation of the colour and texture of a product and may not show the full design.

We aim to display the colours accurately, although we cannot guarantee that your computer’s display shows the true colours of our products. The samples sent to you may, therefore, vary slightly from the images on our website. All images on our website are for illustrative purposes only.

Every effort is made to ensure that the products we supply correspond as closely as possible to our samples. However, variations in colour between batches may occur from time to time during normal manufacturing processes. We cannot guarantee that any product that we subsequently supply will match exactly the samples sent to you.

All samples of products shown on our website are subject to availability.


JLS Designs takes the utmost care to ensure that product information and colours are accurate. Due to the limitations of the photographic process, goods may not be exactly the same colour as shown.

Product Information

We do our very best to ensure that all items you see are as close as possible to the photographs shown, but, since they are not mass-produced, and many of them are either handmade from natural materials or hand-finished, slight variations in colour and size may occur from time to time. We hope that you understand this and appreciate the skill and craftsmanship required to make such high quality products.

Delivery Information and Charges

Standard Delivery
Please note that standard delivery is applicable to addresses with UK Mainland Postcodes, excluding Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, & Isle of Mann, If you would like a quote from us to ship to any other address, then please contact us first before placing your order.

Trimmings Order Delivery – Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch all trimmings orders that customer place within 1 to 2 working days, unless otherwise stated.  

Fabric Order Delivery – Subject to stock availability, all fabrics are despatched with in 1 to 2 days and can take 7-10 days delivery as these are warehoused in France.

Accessories & Homeware – Subject to stock availability, we aim to dispatch all trimmings orders that customer place within 1 to 2 working days, unless otherwise stated.

Working days are Mondays to Fridays, excluding Bank and Public Holidays. In the unlikely event that an item is unavailable, we will inform you and send it to you as soon as we receive the new stock. We usually use DPD, Royal Mail, Parcelforce or Hermes to deliver your orders. The carriers will deliver during the day, not all will be able to give a specific time. However, if you include your mobile phone number on your order, the carrier may be able to send you a text message to tell you that delivery is imminent.

Delivery is usually within 3-7 working days of the above stated timeframes unless otherwise stated. But if you have not received your parcel after this period, please contact us. Please also note that with any orders received we need to be notified of any discrepancies within 7 days of receipt of goods to ensure a resolution can be resolved. 


For all orders with UK mainland postal codes, Ireland & Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, & Isle Of Mann we offer free delivery for all orders over £150.

Orders under £150 the standard delivery cost is £5.95 per UK Mainland postal delivery address.

Orders under £150 the standard delivery cost is £15.95 per postal delivery address to Ireland & Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, & Isle Of Mann.

All other destinations please email us to obtain a quotation on delivery.

You will have to sign for your parcel – the carrier will not leave it without. Nor will the carrier leave the parcel ‘in the shed’, ’round the back’, ‘in the porch/conservatory’ etc. If there is no-one at home, the 

Overseas Deliveries

Subject to availability of service, accessibility to property, local customs costs/regulations, transport mode and shipment size. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to Russia. 

Import taxes / Customs duties

When your package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

Such charges are NOT included in the product price or shipping and handling cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee for your order alone.

JLS Designs does not have any responsibility for these additional charges that may apply.

The buyer is responsible for obtaining information regarding their country’s laws, regulations, and restrictions that may apply when purchasing our products.

You are entitled to cancel your order within 7 working days of receipt of the goods and in acceptance of the terms as detailed in our Returns.

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if goods you have ordered are not available.


JLS Designs cannot accept any liability for a failure to comply with instructions specifically stated on the Website or in the catalogue. When you place an order to purchase a product from JLS Designs your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us by way of a dispatch note included when you receive your order. Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in such dispatch note do not form part of the contract.

JLS Designs endeavours to check the accuracy of the information on this site. However, JLS Designs does not warrant that such information will be error free and the user acknowledges that information, products and services published on this web site may include inaccuracies and typological errors. If the goods do not on receipt by you substantially meet the description on this website, you are entitled to reject the goods and return them to us.
