Returns Information

Not quite right? Not a problem. 

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we are here to help, if you feel the item is simply not for you just simply return it to us in the same condition it was received within 14 days of receipt and we’ll refund the cost of the piece – no questions asked. 

Terms and conditions of returns: 

  • Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of intended return of purchase, and return must be made within 14 days of receipt of purchase.
  • Refunds are offered when items are returned to have been received.
  • Replacements are like-for-like. Where the same product is not available, a similar product up to the same value will be substituted.
  • Trimmings & Fabric sold by the metre i.e. cut products, made-to-measure and bespoke products are excluded and may not be returned. (trimmings & fabric uncut card/roll length is 25m)
  • Our returns process must be followed – see below for details.
  • Your refund may take up to seven working days to process from our receipt and will be made to the original payment method.
  • Items must be returned in the condition they were purchased.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights.

If you wish to return an unwanted or damaged item, simply follow the instructions below. Remember to include a completed Returns Form so your refund or replacement can be arranged.

How to return goods:

    • Complete a Returns Form.
    • Request a returns form by calling our offices on +44 (0) 1273 421999 or emailing info@jls-designs-co-uk.stackstaging.com within 7 days of receiving your goods.
    • Goods need to be returned to us at the Returns Address below within 14 days of receipt.

 

Damaged goods:

We’re happy to replace any damaged goods you might have received – all we ask is that you follow the returns process above to ensure a quick and easy replacement. Once we have received the original damaged items at the warehouse, we will despatch your replacement goods as soon as possible. It always helps to send an image of the damaged goods when requesting your returns form.

Unfortunately, we’re not able to give refunds for the following items:

  • Items without a completed Returns Form.
  • Damaged items not notified by telephone or email within 7 Days.
  • All bespoke items.
  • All cut orders of fabric or trimmings, (trimmings & fabric uncut card/roll length is 25m)
  • Gift Cards.
  • Delivery charges

As a further condition of the right to return, customers must also arrange (at their own expense) to return the goods in a saleable condition to the returns address below. The goods will be deemed returned when received by JLS Designs at the said address.

Refunds for goods returned may be subject to a restocking fee. This fee is set at 20% of the price of the goods as charged to the customer, this does not affect your statutory rights.

PayPal Returns:

If you chose to pay for your order online using PayPal, your return will be processed 2 working days later if you choose to return it to one of our stores.
